here’s the plan.
1.
Pick a day that works for you. You'll need to be online to give feedback from around 11:30 AM to 5 PM ET as I tackle your project. Lock in your date with a 50% deposit.
2.
prepare.
Check your email for two action items: book a 45-minute strategy call 2-3 days before our dedicated design day, then complete your prep work (workbooks + instructions) before the strategy call.
3.
engage online.
On our dedicated design day, we'll communicate via Slack or Messenger. I may ask for a quick Zoom or call, but most of our collaboration will be over messaging so I can focus + deliver.
4.
get support.
After our dedicated design day, I’m available for 30 days via email or messenger. Reach out if you’re stuck. I’ll provide answers, feedback, + personalized video demos as needed.

One dedicated design day is currently $850 (beta rate) and will increase to $1250 once the beta phase is complete. A typical design project requires 1-4 focused design days. This also includes adobe stock photos, but font licenses must be purchased by the client separately. A 50% deposit is required when you book and the remainder is due on your focused design day.

After you book your dedicated design day, I will send you an email with two action items: 1. book a 45 minute strategy call 2-3 days before your dedicated design day, and 2. complete your prep work. The email will contain a link to a google drive folder containing all prep work, which consists of workbooks with helpful prompts as well as instructions for how to communicate day of, how to share files, and what to expect on the day of.
Prep work can take clients 3-4 hours over 1-2 weeks to complete, as you may need to track down information and/or photos, so please give yourself enough time to complete your prep work. -
Since I have a limited number of dedicated design days, there are no refunds for cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please do so within 10 days of your scheduled day so I can try to fill your spot. If you do reschedule, you have 90 days to rebook from the original date, otherwise the rate may increase.

My work day begins at 9:30 AM ET and continues until 5 PM ET. For those in the united states, this works well from coast-to-coast as you only need to be online ready to give feedback starting around 11:30 AM ET/ 8:30 AM PT. If you are outside the US, let’s discuss so we can adjust the hours to work for both of our schedules.

You can always book a free 30-minute intro call before you book your dedicated design day. We can discuss your project and I will give my best guess of how many days will be required. If you are on a tight budget, we can also discuss what can realistically be completed in a one dedicated design day.

Typically, I book out 2-4 weeks in advance. I recommend giving yourself at least 2 weeks to thoroughly complete your prep work so you can get the most out of our day together. Check my calendar to see my upcoming availability.

Since we will have a 45-min strategy call a few days before your dedicated design day, I will have everything I need to get started at 9:30 AM ET. I will need you to check in around 11:30 AM ET, and will likely need you to remain extremely available from then until 5 PM ET to provide feedback and direction. If you are slow to respond on the day-of, this will limit what we can achieve.
